What is the solution to the problem of recurrent " سلس المذي" (pre-seminal fluid discharge) that necessitates changing clothes and performing ghusl (ritual bath), and contaminates the bedding during احتلام (wet dream)?
Semen is pure; it does not defile clothes or bedding. (prostatic fluid/pre-seminal fluid) does not necessitate (ritual bath), but rather sprinkling water on clothes and performing (washing the private parts). If you suffer from سلس ( سلس البول urinary incontinence), perform wudu (ablution) for each prayer after its time has begun, and pray as much as you wish while using a cloth for containment. According to the Maliki school, it is not obligatory for the person with سلس to use containment or perform wudu for every prayer. It is forbidden for men to wear what is specific to women, such as the aforementioned diapers. For the treatment of سلس, consult specialized doctors.
