What is the validity of the statement that the white fluid that appears in underwear is the disease "gonorrhea" and that the noble verse "There is no blame upon the sick" permits prayer after cleaning it without re-performing ablution?
The fluid discharged from the penis could be manī (seminal fluid), madhī (prostatic/pre-seminal fluid), or wadī (thick, white fluid discharged after urination), each having distinct characteristics. If you cannot differentiate between them, you may choose one type and adhere to its rulings. If you choose it to be madhī or wadī, you must wash the penis and whatever part of the garment and body it has touched, in addition to performing wudūʾ (ablution). If its discharge is continuous, you have the ruling of a person afflicted with incontinence (ṣāḥib al-salas). If you choose it to be manī, you must perform (ritual bath). If its discharge is continuous, you have the ruling of a person afflicted with incontinence. You are permitted to choose that which alleviates hardship from you.
