What should a girl do if a fluid that nullifies ablution is discharged from her on her wedding day, given that she has to apply makeup before dinner, and her mother will be angry if she refrains from doing so?
Vaginal discharge is pure, but scholars differ on whether it nullifies Wudu' (ablution). Some scholars hold that it does nullify Wudu', and if it is continuous, it takes the ruling of perpetual impurity (sals), meaning the woman performs Wudu' after the time for each prayer begins. Others hold that it does not nullify Wudu' due to lack of evidence. The more cautious approach is to perform Wudu', but if this is difficult, there is no harm in omitting it. It is permissible for a person with perpetual impurity (due to urine, gas, or discharge) to combine two prayers with a single Wudu' if performing Wudu' for each prayer is difficult for them.
