Are the following actions considered bid‘ah (innovation): blowing on the fingers and wiping the eyes with the thumb after supplication, always concluding supplications with Al-Fatiha, kissing the Qur’an when taking it up and before putting it down, and swaying while sitting in prayer or reciting the Qur’an?

Acts of worship must be based on evidence from the Quran and Sunnah (definition). Allah should only be worshipped in the way He has prescribed. The aforementioned actions—concluding a supplication with Al-Fatiha, blowing on the fingers and wiping the eyes with them after supplication, kissing the thumbnails and wiping the eyes with them after prayer, and gathering the fingertips over the eyes after prayer while reciting something—have no evidence for them and are innovations (bid’ah). Likewise, kissing the Mushaf (definition) (copy of the Quran) has no origin and no evidence for its permissibility. As for swaying and shaking during recitation and prayer, this is an act of the Jews and a Muslim should not intentionally adopt it.
