How can one overcome the difficulty of abandoning masturbation and consistently performing prayer, reading and memorizing the Qur'an, and getting rid of the consequences of sins?

Emphasize the obligation of prayer, for deliberately abandoning it until its time expires exposes one to Allah's wrath and punishment, and it is among the greatest sins. If a servant commits a sin and repents with a sincere repentance that fulfills its conditions (remorse, immediate cessation, firm resolve not to return), their repentance is accepted. And if they return to the sin and then repent, Allah accepts their repentance repeatedly; for He, the Most High, says: "And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons sins," and "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.'" And in the Hadith (definition): "Indeed, Allah extends His hand at night to accept the repentance of the one who sinned during the day, and He extends His hand during the day to accept the repentance of the one who sinned during the night." It is also mentioned in a Hadith Qudsi concerning the servant who sins and then repents that Allah forgives him as long as he repents with sincere repentance. And be diligent in reciting the Quran daily, for difficulty in memorization might be due to a sin.
