Is it considered an error in the articulation points of letters—specifically the letters "lām, nūn, rāʾ" which emanate from the tip of the tongue—if the tip of the tongue strikes the palate behind the gumline instead of the gumline itself, and is this considered a grave error (laḥn mubṭil) that invalidates the prayer if done intentionally, even if the letter’s sound does not change to the listener?

You must ignore misgivings (); because they lead to great evil. As long as the letter is correct to the ear, it is coming out of its proper articulation point. Misgivings are from Satan to make worship difficult for you. Your prayer and your recitation are correct and sufficient as long as the letters sound correct to the ear.
