Is it permissible to complete a Sunnah prayer after Isha' and to recite aloud in the second rakah when a latecomer joins?

Recitation in the regular prayers is to be done silently, according to the agreement of Shafi'i's followers. Raising one's voice in the second rak'ah of the 'Isha Sunnah prayer does not invalidate the prayer.
