Is it permissible to turn over in sleep from the right side to the left after reciting the prayer for sleep?

Sleeping on the right side is an established Sunnah (definition) of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Whoever sleeps on their left side has committed something disliked and abandoned an etiquette and a Sunnah, but they do not incur sin thereby. Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned that sleeping on the right side prevents deep, heavy sleep which might lead to missing the night vigil (Qiyam (definition) al-Layl), and that it is more beneficial for the heart, whereas sleeping on the left side is more beneficial for the body.
