Is reciting Surat An-Nas before Surat Al-Falaq in prayer considered a reversal of the Qur'anic order?

The arrangement of surahs in the Mushaf (definition) is recommended, both inside and outside of prayer, according to the majority of jurists. Some have even gone so far as to say it is obligatory. Violating this arrangement is called tankees (reversing) and is disliked by the majority. As for reversing the order of verses, the Malikis explicitly stated its prohibition, while the Hanbalis stated its dislike. As for reversing the order of words, it is strictly forbidden and may be considered disbelief, and prayer becomes invalid with it.
