Is the prayer valid if it is interrupted and restarted after a mistake in reciting a surah during the prayer? And what should be done if this mistake recurs?

One should not interrupt the prayer for forgetting to recite a or verses in addition to Al-Fatiha. Al-Fatiha is obligatory, and anything beyond it is supererogatory. Omitting the supererogatory does not invalidate the prayer.
