Is the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) obligatory for someone who forgot the takbirat al-intiqal (transitioning takbir), and recited Al-Fatiha aloud in the third raka'ah of the Maghrib prayer?

According to some scholars, such as the Hanbalis and a statement among the Malikis, one who forgets the takbirat al-intiqal (transition takbir) is required to perform sujud (definition) al-sahw (prostration of forgetfulness). As for reciting Al-Fatiha aloud in the third rak'ah, scholars have differed on whether sujud al-sahw is legislated for it. If its legislation is affirmed, then performing sujud al-sahw before the taslim (definition) (salutation of peace) is sufficient, because when a deficiency and an addition occur together, the deficiency takes precedence.
