Is uttering the letter “taa’” with a kasra or the letter “kaaf” with a sukoon or kasra in an “affricated” manner (sometimes resembling the pronunciation of the letters “ch” or “j”) considered correct in prayer and Qur’an recitation, given that this pronunciation results from an obsessive difficulty in pronouncing letters in their correct form?

The questioner is advised to fear Allah and to go to a proficient Quran reciter to correct her recitation and clarify the characteristics of the letters. The Quran cannot be learned except through direct instruction. It is not permissible to substitute a letter from the Book of Allah. Indeed, Al-Qadi Iyad transmitted the consensus that whoever intentionally changes a letter is a disbeliever. The questioner is also advised to avoid excessive strictness and obsessive thoughts.
