What is it desirable for the Imam to do when leading people in prayer and after finishing the prayer?

It is recommended for the Imam to observe several matters, including: straightening the rows and not rushing into the opening takbir, audible recitation of takbirat and amin, pausing briefly after Al-Fatiha to allow the congregants to recite it, making the prayer light without compromising it while completing its actions, reciting adhkar slowly enough for the congregants to perform them, intending to greet those on his right and left from the angels and worshipers when performing the taslim (definition), and not prolonging his sitting facing the Qiblah after the taslim except for the duration of the dhikr that has been reported.
