What is the ruling on forgetting to recite Al-Fatihah or missing a rak'ah in prayer?

Reciting a after Al-Fatihah in the first two Rak'ahs is a recommended . Whoever limits himself to Al-Fatihah, his prayer is valid. As for someone who accidentally misses a Rak'ah, he must perform it and then prostrate for forgetfulness ( Al-Sahw).
