What is the ruling on one who suffices with moving the tongue when reciting the prayer due to forgetfulness or error? And what is the ruling on one who deliberately makes herself hear her recitation to increase devotion? And is she sinful for not following the fatwa that requires moving the tongue during recitation?

There is nothing upon you or your mother in making yourselves hear [the recitation], for this amount of recitation is sufficient, and the obligatory recitation is achieved by it. It is not necessary to make oneself hear [the recitation], and this is the view of the Malikis and the choice of Ibn Taymiyyah.
