Why was the letter ya (ي) omitted from the verb "ya'ti" (يأتِ) in Surah Hud, verse (105), despite the absence of a jazm-inducing particle?

The Qur'an reciters (Qurra') differed on sixty-one 'ya' (ي) letters in the Qur'an, whether by omission or addition, while agreeing that they are not written in the Mushaf (definition) (the written copy of the Qur'an). Some of these are the 'ya' of a verb's last radical, such as "nabghi" (نَبْغِ - we seek) and "yasri" (يَسْرِ - he travels by night), and some are the 'ya' of the first-person singular pronoun (mutakallim), such as "atumiddunani" (أتمدونن - do you provide me). Scholars have not been guided to the reason for the omission of these 'ya's, and this is part of the miraculous nature of the Qur'an in its orthography and precise control.
