The answer

The باب of (remembrance of Allah) is vast, and a Muslim should maintain the adhkar (forms of remembrance) mentioned in the or the Qur’an. There are books that compile adhkar, such as "Al-Wabil Al-Sayyib," "Al-Kalim Al-," and "Al-Adhkar" by Al-Nawawi. Among the recited verses and surahs are: Al-, Al-Mu'awwidhatayn, the last two verses of Al-Baqarah, and Ayah Al-Kursiyy. And the verse from At-: "Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne," is to be recited seven times in the morning and in the evening. And Surah Al-Mulk and Surah As-Sajdah are recited before sleeping.
