The answer

If you gifted money while you were conscious, by your own choice, and in good health, then the gift is valid and effective, even if the intention was to disinherit a daughter. However, if the gift was not intended due to anger, or was given during a death illness, then it is void. If the gift was intended as charity (), then it is a charitable act for which you will be rewarded, as the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Indeed, actions are by intentions." But if the intention was to disinherit the daughter and not for charity, then you will not be rewarded for it. A Muslim should consider their own circumstances and those of their heirs. It is better to keep what would prevent harm from oneself or one's heirs, as the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Indeed, that you leave your heirs wealthy is better than that you leave them poor, begging from people."
