The answer

Giving charity to a blind female relative, in a way that brings joy to her, is a good deed that will be rewarded. The Lawgiver has urged kindness and spending on relatives. Allah Almighty says: "They ask you, [O Muhammad], what they should spend. Say, 'Whatever you spend of good is [to be spent] on parents and relatives and orphans and the needy and the traveler. And whatever you do of good - indeed, Allah is Knowing of it.'" And in the : "Charity given to a poor person is charity, but charity given to a relative is two-fold: charity and maintaining ties of kinship."
