Is helping a committed young man get married considered an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), such as through a bequest of one-third of the deceased woman's gold?

"Continuous charity (Sadaqah (definition) Jariyah) is an endowment whose benefit endures and whose rewards continue for its giver. It includes building mosques, charitable endowments, printing beneficial books, and repairing roads. Every good deed whose benefit continues for a Muslim after their death is considered continuous charity. However, helping a young man get married is a great reward, but it is not continuous charity."
