Is it permissible to voluntarily complete social security contributions in order to receive a retirement pension, knowing that Jordan has abandoned social security retirement pensions and compelled all institutions to subscribe to it?

It is permissible to subscribe to social security if it adheres to the Sharia (definition) controls, such that its funds are not placed in usurious banks except out of necessity and in a current account, and that it is not invested in prohibited areas, and that it commits to its rights and duties according to Sharia controls. If these controls are violated, it is not permissible to continue in it, and it is permissible to benefit from the previous period to the extent of what is lawful and to dispose of the remainder in charitable ways.
