What is the best way to spend usurious money disposed of from bank shares?

Whoever repents to Allah from dealing in usury, and still has usurious gains (what exceeded their principal capital) with them; they must dispose of it by spending it on the welfare of Muslims, not with the intention of charity, but with the intention of getting rid of unlawful wealth. It is not permissible for them to keep it in usurious institutions, so as not to aid them in their falsehood.
