What is the ruling on taking profits from shares of a non-Islamic bank that were deposited into the employee's account against his will? Is it permissible to spend them on helping brothers marry or to give them as charity to the poor and students of knowledge if they are not lawful?

If an employee involuntarily receives profits from the shares of a usurious bank, he must take these profits and spend them on charitable causes and general Muslim welfare, or disburse them to the poor and needy. His poor relatives are given precedence in this regard. It is important to warn against working with or purchasing shares of forbidden companies and usurious banks.
