The answer

It is the wife's right to receive justice in spending, lodging, and procreation, and the husband has no right to prevent her unless with her consent. If he prevents her from her right, he is a transgressor. Her obligation to obey him is conditional upon his fulfilling her rights. The wife should be wise and avoid what leads to greater harm, such as divorce. Rather, she should fulfill his right and demand her own, and supplicate for his guidance.
