Is it permissible to celebrate national holidays, especially the holidays of the Arab revolutions that removed tyrannical rulers?

It is not permissible to celebrate what are called national holidays or revolution holidays, for the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, and his noble companions did not take any day of victory as an Eid, and they did not celebrate except the two Eids of Fitr and Adha.
