If a Meccan passes the intending to perform a ritual (Nusuk) while returning to Mecca, he must enter into from the Miqat and not pass it without Ihram. If he passes the Miqat without Ihram, he must return to it to enter into Ihram from there. If he enters into Ihram after passing it, he must offer a sacrifice (Dam) by slaughtering an animal in Mecca and distributing its meat to the poor there.
