What is the ruling on a partnership in which shares are determined by a sum of money or its equivalent in effort, such that profits and losses are distributed based on the number of shares, with the initial funding of the company calculated as part of the share value?

It is permissible to establish a company for website design if the website is free from impermissible (haram (definition)) content according to Sharia (definition). The work must be estimated either by the hour or by production, and what that corresponds to in shares must be known before starting the work, to avoid uncertainty (jahalah). There is no objection to adding advertising funding to the company's capital.
