What is the ruling on departing the boundaries of Jabal Arafat on the Day of Arafah to purchase provisions or pray in Namirah Mosque, and then returning?

The time for standing at Arafat begins from the declination of the sun on the ninth day of Dhul-Hijjah and extends until the dawn of the Day of Sacrifice (Yawm al-Nahr). Whoever stands at Arafat during any part of this period has caught Arafat. It is obligatory for anyone who stands during the day to extend their standing to include a part of the night; otherwise, according to the majority of scholars, a sacrifice (dam) is due. Leaving Arafat and then returning to it does not invalidate the standing.
