Does the Eid prayer sermon begin with "takbir" (proclaiming God's greatness) or with "hamd" (praise of God)?

Scholars have differed regarding the opening of the two Eid sermons and the sermon for rain (Istisqa'). The correct view is that they should be opened with praise (Hamd), based on the statement of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Every important matter that is not begun with the praise of Allah is deficient (or cut off)." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to open all his sermons with praise to Allah.
