Is it permissible to give a sheep designated for sacrifice, while it is still alive, to a poor family for them to slaughter as an Udhiyah, after its firstborn was already slaughtered based on a previous fatwa?

The majority of scholars hold that the offspring resulting from a vowed sheep must also be slaughtered. If the vow entails slaughtering the sheep and distributing it to the needy, it is not permissible to present it alive as a sacrifice (udhiyah (definition)) to a specific family. Making a conditional vow is disliked, but whoever vows obedience to Allah must fulfill it. If the sheep was not specified in the vow, then any sheep may be slaughtered and distributed in the intended manner.
