Is it possible to fulfill a vow of sacrifice through the Udhiyah Project in Saudi Arabia, knowing that the project's categories are: Hady (sacrificial animal offered during Hajj), Fidyah (expiatory sacrifice), Udhiyah (sacrificial animal offered during Eid al-Adha), Sadaqah (charity), and Aqiqah (sacrifice upon the birth of a child)?

It is permissible to delegate those in charge of the project to slaughter the vowed animal (nadhir) and distribute it to those deserving, and there is no harm in that. This is because it is valid to send the value, or to purchase the sheep and slaughter it, and donate it through an agent. The fulfillment of the vow is obligatory, as indicated by the religious texts.
