Its sale would then be void, and it must be reclaimed if it is still in existence. However, if it has perished, the greater part of its value should be reclaimed from the buyer, and another Udhiyah should be purchased with it. But if it was not designated with a لفظ, but only by intention, then it is permissible to sell it.
