Is it permissible to remarry the divorced wife who is extremely nervous, while attempting to treat her and enduring her harm?

The Shari'a encourages marriage to a righteous and good woman. Conversely, it is recommended to separate from a woman who is negligent in her duties towards Allah Almighty and possesses bad manners. The fundamental principle is that the husband should not return to her or marry her if her 'iddah (definition) has ended, unless she repents, observes prayer, and improves her character. However, if there is an overriding benefit in returning to her, such as the fear of the two daughters being lost, then there is no harm in doing so, while striving to reform her.
