Is there a Hadith from the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, stating that he did not raise his voice?

Among the characteristics of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was that he did not raise his voice except out of necessity and to the extent required, and this was part of his excellent character. It is written in the Torah: "Muhammad, the Messenger of God, My chosen servant, is not harsh, nor rude, nor a clamorer in the markets. He does not repay evil with evil, but rather pardons and forgives."
