Is concealing the news of a wife's pregnancy from family, out of fear of envy and a desire for privacy, considered cheating and deception that necessitates disclosure?

It is recommended to conceal one's needs, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Seek help in achieving your needs through concealment, for every possessor of a blessing is envied." If the questioner's family tends to spread his news, then he should conceal matters unless there is an overwhelming benefit in disclosing them. As for the news of a wife's pregnancy, concealing it is neither a lie nor deception. One must weigh the benefits and harms, as concealment might not be the best option in this case if it leads to problems with the family. To treat the self, one should use prescribed remembrances (adhkar), prophetic supplications (du'a), and ruqyah (definition). One should not perceive envy or magic without clear signs.
