Is money earned from working in religious tourism considered unlawful (haram), especially if it involves organizing trips to tourist areas like Sharm El Sheikh that were not undertaken, and what is the Islamic legal ruling on someone who declares my money unlawful without knowledge or investigation?

Dissolving an engagement is permissible, but it is disliked without a legitimate religious excuse. One must assume the best of a Muslim. If the family of your fiancée accused you of unlawful earnings without verification, they erred and acted wrongly. They should have verified the matter before dissolving the engagement. Perhaps Allah intended good for you by turning you away from her, so seek someone else. If you can convince her family, then do so.

It is not permissible for tourists to visit places of vice, nor is it permissible for you to sign a document related to that, as this is aiding in wrongdoing, and you must repent from it and refuse in the future. If your work in the company involves aiding in wrongdoing, you must leave it, for Allah Almighty says: ﴿And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect.﴾ [At-Talaq (definition): 2-3]. And for the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Indeed, you will not abandon anything for the sake of Allah, blessed and exalted be He, except that Allah will give you something better than it."

A mufti (definition) is not permitted to issue a fatwa (definition) unless his knowledge of the reality of what he is giving a fatwa about is confirmed, and he has a comprehensive understanding of the religious ruling. If a Muslim sees his brother in a state of vice, he must denounce it with wisdom and good admonition, with the intention of compassion, not disparagement, for the saying of Qatadah: "You will not meet a believer except as an advisor; you will not meet him as a deceiver."
