We have not come across a concerning the building of the Sana'a Mosque, except for what Al-Tabarani narrated from Wabr ibn Yahnas Al-Khuza'i, who said: The Messenger of Allah said to me: "If you build the Sana'a Mosque, make it to the right of a mountain called Dhin." Al-Haythami graded its chain of narration as good.
