Does the female volunteer bear a sin if she continues to work in a religious society tainted by suspicions of administrative corruption, or does she bear a sin if she leaves fruitful da‘wah work in this sole entity following the methodology of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama‘ah in the region?

If the women's work is successful and important, and not affected by the condition of the person in charge of the association, then it is advisable to continue it and exert effort in it; for calling to Allah and educating people are among the noblest deeds. As for the official taking a salary without working, this does not harm the workers, and its consequences are upon him alone, and it is inconceivable that he performs no work at all, not even supervision. And if performing good deeds requires working under the supervision of negligent individuals, that is better than halting the work entirely. Therefore, it was among the principles of Ahl al-Sunnah (definition) wal-Jama'ah to engage in jihad behind every righteous and sinful leader, and to establish Jumu'ah and congregational prayers with oppressive imams.
