Is seeing the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) considered good tidings, and is it true that whoever sees him is upon the Book and the Sunnah, and is his kissing the seer in a dream evidence that the seer is following the Book of Allah and His Sunnah?

Seeing the Prophet (peace be upon him) in his established description in the authentic Sunnah (definition) is a glad tiding, because Satan cannot impersonate him, as stated in the Hadith (definition): "Whoever sees me in a dream has seen me, for Satan cannot impersonate me." As for whether seeing him indicates the seer's adherence to the Sunnah, there is nothing to prove that.
