The answer

The people mentioned in the are those who consume the property of orphans, as stated in the Hadith of Abu Umamah, reported by Al-Tabarani, which describes a people whose lips are like those of camels, swallowing a stone that exits from their lower parts. Jibreel explained them as those who consume the property of orphans. Similarly, Ibn Abi Hatim narrated from Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saw on the night of Al-Isra' men with lips like those of camels, into whose mouths a rock of fire was cast, exiting from their lower parts. Jibreel informed him that they were those who unjustly consume the property of orphans.
