Are the sayings: "The believer is not a slanderer, nor a curser, nor an obscenity speaker, nor an ill-mannered person," and "A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe," and "Do as you please, for as you judge, you will be judged," and "The best speech is that which is brief and to the point" Prophetic hadiths?

It is authentically reported in the Hadith (definition) that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: «The believer is not one who slanders, nor curses, nor is obscene or vulgar,» and he said: «A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand other Muslims are safe.» As for the saying: «The best speech is that which is brief and to the point,» it has not been authentically attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, but rather jurists attribute it to Ali or Al-Hasan (definition), may Allah be pleased with them both.
