The answer

Firstly: The "The most detestable of lawful things to Allah is divorce" is weak.

Secondly: Even if it were authentic, knowing the most detestable of lawful things does not necessitate knowing the most lawful of lawful things, and all that is lawful is good. Perhaps the most lawful of lawful things is that which is free from doubts, such as what is earned by one's own hand, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man earns nothing better than what he earns by his own hand," and his saying: "No man has ever eaten food more lawful than what he earns by his own hands." It was also narrated from Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: "Indeed, the best of what a man eats is from his earnings, and indeed, a man's child is from his earnings."
