Is it true that Jibreel advised the Messenger (peace be upon him) to eat "hareesah" due to a weakness in conjugal relations, and what is "hareesah" and how is it prepared?

The aforementioned hadith (definition) in the question is weak, and Sheikh Al-Albani mentioned it in his book "Al-Ahadith Al-Mawdu'ah" (Fabricated Hadiths). Its purport is that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, complained to Jibreel about a lack of intercourse, whereupon Jibreel guided him to eat Harees, for it contains the strength of forty men. And it was said to be weak. Harees among Arabs is: wheat that is pounded, then cooked with meat.
