Is the phrase "طيب الأنفاس" (tayyib al-anfas - good/pleasant of breaths) correct, and is it permissible to use it when sending prayers upon the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, in the form: "اللهم صل وسلم وبارك على سيدنا محمد طيب الأنفاس" (O Allah, send prayers, peace, and blessings upon our master Muhammad, the good/pleasant of breaths)?

It is not known from the Sunnah (definition) that the prayer with the wording "O Allah, bless our Master Muhammad, the sweet-scented" is authentically narrated, though the meaning is correct. Some scholars have considered it an innovation (bid'ah), as stated in the book "Al-Sunan wal-Mubtada'at" (The Sunnah and Innovations) by Sheikh Muhammad Abd al-Salam Khidr al-Shuqairi.
