The answer

There is no that prohibits a woman from marrying a man who has divorced his wife. However, there is a hadith that prohibits a woman from asking for the divorce of her sister (in faith) in order to monopolize the husband. In al-Bukhari, Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A woman should not ask for the divorce of her sister (in faith) in order to empty her dish and marry, for she will have what has been decreed for her." The meaning of this is that a Muslim woman should not ask a married man who has proposed to her to divorce his wife so that she can be with him exclusively. Rather, she should be content with what has been decreed for her.
