The answer

This report has no authentic basis. It appears to be a fabricated and compiled account derived from the meanings of several well-known hadiths and reports. It resembles a widespread fabricated report known as "the lengthy of Khalid ibn al-Walid." Sheikh Abdul Aziz ibn Baz was asked about this hadith, and he responded that it is fabricated, its narrators are unknown, and its fabricator compiled its text from authentic hadiths and the sayings of scholars. Some of its wordings are objectionable and do not align with Islamic legal evidence. He affirmed that the relied-upon information in this hadith is what is indicated by authentic hadiths, and it cannot be relied upon or used as proof due to the lack of an authentic chain of narration for it.
