What is the evidence that the fourth nullifier of Islam is "whoever believes that guidance other than that of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is more perfect than his guidance, or that a حكم (ruling/judgment) other than his is better than his حكم"?

These Quranic texts and prophetic hadiths confirm that the judgment of Allah and the guidance of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are the best of judgments and guidance, and that everything the Prophet (peace be upon him) brought is a revelation from Allah that must be followed. Whoever believes otherwise has denied these texts and committed a major disbelief that expels him from the fold of Islam.
