What is the interpretation of seeing the dead in a dream, such as the hungry deceased, or one who tries to communicate by phone, or one who promises to return after a year, or reports being burned, or gives good tidings, or says that he visited a living person and will not be found when visited?

Interpreting dreams is not within the purview of this website. It is permissible for someone who has knowledge of it, but it is not obligatory. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would sometimes interpret dreams and sometimes leave them, as was narrated in the hadith (definition) of Ibn Abbas and Abdullah ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both.
