To You be all praise," is a weak Hadith. The narration of Al-Walid bin Muslim from Zuhair bin Muhammad is Munkar (denounced), and the narration of Yahya bin Sulaim At-Ta'ifi from Isma'il bin Umayyah is weak. A weak narration is not strengthened by a Munkar one. Accordingly, it is not prescribed for a Muslim to recite the aforementioned supplication when reciting "Then which of the favors of your Lord will you deny?"
