What is the ruling on supplicating between the two Tasleemat with the formula: "Glorified be You, our Lord, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive us"?

The supplication between the taslimat (salutations) of Tarawih prayers with the wording: "Subhanaka Rabbana wa bihamdika, Allahumma ighfir lana" (Glory be to You, our Lord, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive us) has no basis in the Sunnah (definition) and is an innovation (bid'ah), because acts of worship are based on divine command and prohibition. This dhikr (remembrance): "Subhanaka Allahumma Rabbana wa bihamdika, Allahumma ighfir li" (Glory be to You, O Allah, our Lord, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive me) was recited by the Prophet (peace be upon him) in his bowing and prostrating positions in compliance with Allah's command in Surat An-Nasr. Other innovations in Tarawih include saying: "Salat al-Qiyam (definition), may Allah reward you," and sending blessings upon the Prophet in a loud voice, and reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas (definition) and Al-Mu'awwidhatayn (the two protective surahs), and the Imam saying "Subhan Allah" (Glory be to Allah) and the congregants repeating after him. None of these were authentically reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him).
